Returns & Refund Policy – Wavy Merch

At Wavy Merch, we take pride in the quality of our products and stand behind every order.


Returns (Used Items)

Due to the nature of our products (brushes, durags, and grooming items), we do not accept returns on used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • In original packaging
  • Requested within 14 days of delivery

Product Issues & Replacements

If your item experiences a manufacturing defect within 14 days of use, we will gladly offer a replacement.

Examples of eligible issues include:

  • Durag stitching becoming loose or ripped
  • Entire bristle clusters falling out of a brush
  • Structural defects that affect product performance

Proof Required

To process a replacement, you must provide:

  • Clear photo or video evidence of the issue
  • Order number

This helps us verify the defect and improve product quality.


Non-Eligible Situations

We do not offer replacements for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use or damage caused by misuse
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • Item is returned unused and approved
  • Order is cancelled before shipping

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
