At Wavy Merch, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.


Processing Time

  • Same-day processing for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday)
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day
  • No fulfillment on weekends or holidays

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on location:

  • United States: 2–3 business days
  • Canada & International: Up to 7 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Destination

Order Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking link.


Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing
  • Holidays
  • Carrier delays
  • Global or regional disruptions

Delivered But Not Received

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with:
    • Neighbors
    • Household members
  2. If still not found, contact United States Postal Service at 1-800-275-8777
  3. Provide your tracking number/order details for assistance

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you entered an incorrect shipping address:

  • The package will be returned to our warehouse
  • We are charged a return fee by the carrier

To have your order re-shipped:

  • You must cover:
    • The return fee
    • The new shipping cost
