How Long Does Shipping Take?
All orders are shipped out via USPS First-Class Shipping. Orders are sent out everyday except Thursday and Saturday. Orders take 4 delivery days once processed.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email which includes your order number. On our homepage, click "Track Orders." Use your email that you used when placing your order, and enter your order number. The order number should be a 4 digit number (1450) for eg. You will also be emailed a second email once your order has been processed by us. A link will be included in that second email which you can click. That will take you to a tracking page where you see where your package is.
My Tracking Says It Was Delivered, But I Havent Received Anything!
This is an error on USPS end. Go to your local USPS and give them your tracking number and they will update you on your package.
I Entered The Wrong Shipping Address And The Package Was Shipped Back To You?
If you entered the wrong shipping address, the item will be shipped back to our warehouse. For us to receive the package back, we pay a fee. If you would like to get your package back to your correct address, you must cover the fee for us to receive the package back, and the new shipping charge. Send us an email at support@wavymerch.com or send us a DM on instagram @Wavy_Merch and we'll walk you through the steps. Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address to avoid this process.
What Are Your Payment Methods?
As of right now, our payment options include Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, Bitcoin, Litecoin. We do not accept credit or debit cards as of now. Please sign up for a PayPal account and link your relevant cards to make a purchase.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
Due to the nature of the products, we do not offer refunds. If your brush has missing bristles and the hole is exposed, we will replace your brush free of charge within the first 30 days.
